I happen to find it ridiculously funny. Both funny “ha-ha” and funny “wow that is willld”. Most likely because of just how crazy some people are about it in this life.
I watched about 80% of the late queen of England’s funeral proceedings but especially her last procession from London to her home town for final interment.
I caught myself thinking more than once during that final ride of how HER FACE IS LITERALLY ON THE MONEY! and yet… it is also simultaneously completely true that even her didn’t get to take a single penny with her.
Of COURSE Money’s great but here lays the inconvenient and seldom spoken truth about it …. “You may very well do with it what you will while alive but in that exact same breath you better make damned sure to understand that you won’t take any of it with you post death AND you will most certainly be judged for how you used it”.
