“It’s always irritated me a little bit that they went out of their way to depict ‘lady justice’ as being blind as if sight is not essential for the task of judging. You would think that a task as important as delivering justice would be serious enough to warrant open eyes for clear vision but nope! not only are her eyes shut, they are blindfolded. That’s double the blindness. Babe couldn’t see even if she wanted to, poor thing.
Well, a couple of things changed between then and today. First, I started thinking like whyyy are you even letting yourself be bothered by this image Honey? There’s really no need to get all worked up about it cus that’s not even justice. Don’t be ridiculous, Justice is NOT some white sightless female figure made out of limestone because Justice is a concept that has its origin in the mind of GOD and has intricacies over which HE Personally presides. Next I realized that while justice might be blind on earth, its Custodian in Heaven is every much not….And Finally I remembered that sweet, sweet justice has already been served to the enemy of mankind. After alllll that? I just wrote this and rested.
As far as earth is concerned the biggest legal case before GOD is the people vs lucifer. Yeah, The devil knew that sin would be harmful and yet he deliberately introduced it to the human paradigm causing untold pain to everyone ever born into the timeline. Every single one. (And for that he must be punished)
Long story short, God judged the case, posted our bail by Himself and has sentenced satan. Since most people act otherwise, I don’t mind happily saying the loud part out loud by announcing to anyone who’d listen that the devil lost. That has already happened. For clarity sake I’ll repeat that WE WON ALREADY. K?, Jesus has essentially guaranteed that.
SO, ladies and gentlemen of earth, now all we’re really doing is watching his sentence play out. The devil can do whatever he wants (within the parameters of what God permits him to anyway) but we all know how this ends, even he does. Theirs no changing it and there is no escape for him.
Not everyone is aware of the results of the case and we us humans have an incredible ability to forget even important things. So here is my reminder. Sometimes It’s good to remember something that you already know.
Ahhhh, the entertainment of it all and at the same time….PITY.
