I watch lots of people get bent out of shape obsessed with hating that God hates sin so much and never stoping to ask themselves “why sway?” Why would Love hate sin? 🧐
THE REASON GOD HATES SIN IS THAT IT SEPARATES PEOPLE FROM HIM AND UTTERLY DESTROYS THEM IN THE PROCESS.
What are the odds that even when God should do something purely for His sake, He does it for ours? Nothing good comes from being separated from God and even if you don’t see it, He has warned you about them consequences anyway. Any honest person with half a brain would accept this fact. Sin is a loose-loose situation no matter how you flip it. It just never works out well for everyone involved and we all know it, and yet people persist in hurting themselves. If you were Love, would you like that?
Even when it looks like it’s working out well, i assure you it ain’t. Guaranteed! Ever seen someone look so solid in their defiant sin for years and then get absolutely clowned by the consequences after a while? Sinfully rich, famous and“successful”, yes but onto what in the ultimate end?
You know, it’s almost like God IS Love and good jusssst as He said in His only book. A.k.a The Bible.
When will people learn? Apparently never.
